Our History, Mission, Vision and Values

R.A.K. Materials Consultants Pte Ltd (RAK) was formed in Singapore in 1983 and is acquired by Asia Laboratories (Asia Labs) Pte Ltd in 2018. Asia Labs has built up the capabilities of RAK to transform into a more collaborative laboratory which includes a wider range of services such as material testing in Civil Engineering and Chemical Engineering.

R.A.K. Materials Consultants Pte Ltd is a SAC SINGLAS accredited independent materials testing laboratories and consultants.

Our Company is locally managed and staffed with local and expatriate engineers. It is operated with versatile range of materials testing equipment to provide an increasingly diverse range of technical services required by the construction and building industry in Singapore and South East Asia.

Over the years RAK has grown and expanded from Structural Investigation, Inspection, Non-Destructive testing to Laboratory material testing. RAK has developed into a chemical testing lab and established a team of engineers and technicians who are excellent in diagnosis with solutions to each structural investigation while ensuring timely and quality completion of projects. To-date, RAK is active in participation in GeBiz and has been awarded with both contracts via GeBiz and private contracts.
