RAK offers not only materials testing within the laboratory, performs structural integrity assessments at construction sites, and executes in-situ non-destructive and destructive tests, but also provides traceability for water leakage from wet areas, exterior walls, and rooftops. One of the commercial structures had multiple areas of water leakage from the wet area. RAK was hired by the contractor responsible for renovations to identify water leaks. We identified the source of leakage coming from the floor trap, while another section was missing a waterproof membrane in the flooring.
